Every Malibu install gets IP68-rated rear enclosures, marine-grade stainless mounting hardware, and conformal-coated low-voltage runs. GOB (Glue-On-Board) and COB (Chip-On-Board) refer to how the LEDs are physically protected at the module level. Both eliminate the fragile gaps between traditional SMD pixels — meaning the screen can be hosed off, survive thrown beach balls, and shrug off salt air or chlorinated splash. It's the technology that finally makes a true 4K LED wall practical for poolside, oceanfront, and patio installations. We install both GOB and COB depending on application: GOB for the toughest wet/impact environments, COB for slightly tighter pixel pitches with excellent durability. We'll spec the right one for your site during the survey.
